Single Speed Road Bikes
Riding a bike is hard on my single speed road bike, is there any way to make myself a professional in this?
The hill i usually win is Route 9 in Saratoga, which is about 6% grade for about 5-6 miles, all I can conquer the mountain in a single speed road bike as an Ironman?
This is what the gears were invented so you could go to a lower ratio, but then you could not, go downhill, without turning arts legs! ELA
